Thank you for everything you post, but always under the documents when I open them it asks for a key because the document is protected, What can I do?

You should be able to print the documents without any problem. The only security feature we have is to prevent images from being copied. Therefore, the copy and paste under the edit menu is disabled.
If you think it is something more, then please tell me the name of the specific file in the unit you are having difficulty opening and I will be glad to check it out.
