If you are looking for seeds that stick around for the longest time, start at the point of purchase. Always buy your seeds in the temperature-regulated sections of your local store (think freezers and refrigerators). Never keep your supply near water or moisture and always keep your containers very tightly sealed.

One of the reasons why I hate getting old is because almost every day, it feels like I don’t have any energy at all– even when I have already taken 8 hours of sleep. I feel drained, tired, and I find it very difficult to drag myself through the day, only to crash on the couch in the evening. From what I’m taking is the supplement, there isn’t any taste at all. However, fresh ginseng is different. 3. Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda onto the remaining squash mix, and sprinkle a generous amount of pepper, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold until the batter comes together.
4. Scoop the mixture and transfer into the prepared pan. Bake for around 30-35 minutes.
4. Pumpkin Lasagna
If you’re looking for a comfort food, nothing tastes better than freshly baked lasagna. However, you would still want to ensure that it’s healthy and here’s how you can do just that.
– 2 cups lean ground turkey
– 2 cups pumpkin, pureed
-1 onion, chopped
– 1 cup low fat ricotta
– 1 zucchini, cubed
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 cup of mushrooms, chopped
– 1 tbsp of olive oil
– 1 lb lasagna noodles, cooked
– 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
